Andy Latkovski
Class Of 2026
He was a dedicated teacher at St. Xavier High School and a respected leader within the KBOA. He served as KBOA President in 1988–89, earned the Gold Whistle Award in 1990, and received the President’s Award in 1993, reflecting both his skill on the court and his commitment to the association.
Known for his sharp sense of humor and love of practical jokes, he brought energy and camaraderie to every room he entered. His influence extended to his family as well—his sons Brennan and Dominick also became proud members of the KBOA.
On the court, he was laid-back, confident, and always in control. He took care of business with a calm presence that earned respect from players, coaches, and fellow officials alike. His legacy lives on through his contributions, his personality, and the officials he helped shape along the way.
