Sarge Donohue

Sarge Donohue was one of the KBOA’s most accomplished and respected officials, earning the Dedication to Excellence Award, the President’s Award, and the Gold Whistle over the course of his career. His skill and consistency on the floor led to assignments at the All-A State Tournament in 1992 and 1994, as well as Boys State in 1995 and Girls State in 1996.

Sarge was well-liked by coaches, partners, and everyone who worked alongside him. His steady presence, professionalism, and strong relationships made him a valued member of the KBOA and a respected figure throughout the officiating community.
