KBOA BY LAWS

The name of this association shall be the KENTUCKIANA BASKETBALL OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, a Not-For-Profit Corporation of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Its current principal office address can be located through the Kentucky Secretary of State Office. The Association may be referred to as the KBOA which shall be the same as the Kentuckiana Basketball Officials Association, Incorporated.
